External hard drive

Hi guys,

I'm looking at getting an external hard drive for my dm800, is there any to avoid or recommend?
I'm hoping to get 1tb or more for under ?50.

I'm using Maxtor Basics 500g with external power and it works flawlessly, no issues at all.

Bugsy what image you using mate? I'm using Gemini 5.10 and it always messes up with my external.

samsung 1g with sata icybox works well with most images as should most makes.
