I have the exact same usb tuner,..af9015 chipset,..
& I'm using the phoenix edition v133 sim 2.01 #76 on my dreambox 800hd, this image has lots of drivers for different usb tuners & I found that the avermedia HD volar driver works with the dtt tuner form buyincoins,..the dtt tuner works fine most times & the usb tuner led is on,.. but very often I find if I switch to watching a satellite channel & later switch back to view a dtt channel the usb tuner does not respond & the led is off,..restarting enigma 2 does not fix this problem & I have to power off/on the dreambox to get the usb tuner to work again,...anyone got a solution to this problem ??
ThanksComment

The usb tuner kept disconnecting on channel change, putting box into standby etc. Do a manual install, check out post 8, works perfect everytime.
One thing I did notice about this usb tuner, you need a good strong signal strength, I found 50% signal can be hit and miss, you need 70% - 100% signal strength for tuner to work any thing less and it loses connection.
