driver for usb t dongle

not working

I bought the buyincoins dvb-t tuner. I have loaded what bugsy said and did a manual install. I have rebooted but nothing new happaned! I still have 1 tuner and there is no extra addons displayed.

Any help?

Hi clint download Tunisiasat plug in.
You will find the drivers in Drivers-extra.
Download ItalysatDTT-Downloader-Dreambox.
The drivers you are looking for are,
AverMedia Volar Black HD - AF9015:05/05/2011.

Here you go mate.
Unzipped this file, drop it into the temp. folder on box using DCC, do a manual install and you will find it in plugins menu.

problem

Thanks a lot for the attachment.

However, every plugin I'm trying to install isn't coming in the Plugins menu. Any plugin, not just the Tunisiasat plugin. Any idea why? They are then visible when I try to uninstall the plugins. But they are only available to uninstall and not to use. The dreambox isn't mine and I cannot do a re-flash with a new image on it.

PS:
If I install something from the Addons download the plgin appears, but if I install it manually from the tmp folder, the plugin doesnt appear in the plugins menu.

Hi mate, what image on the box ?
I've only tried the usb tuners on dreamelite phoenix and edg nemesis, don't know about other images.
Maybe some other members can throw some light on this.

When booting the db, an image of Tunisiasat pops up, and in the information menu, the date is 2009. Meybe I'm on a very old image. I found that it has to be at least an image from 2010. I'll see what I can do.

DVB t saorview help

I have downloaded Tunistat addons and Italy DTT downloader. When I try to download Volar driver file the dreambox sends back message saying succefully downloaded but when I try to Enable I get message saying I need to download driver first. Any ideas as to where I am going wrong, thanks

Hi mate, try this, go into Tunisasat addons, go to Drivers-extra, download Usbtuner_0.4.3b_dm800, reboot box and you should be good to go.
