Platforma HD Unsupported CAs

I am trying to get Platforma HD 9e on DM 800, I have good signal but nothing from the Platforma provider will open,

I am getting message 'Unsupported CAs 000 ecm' with Black hole image.

Does anyone know what the problem may be.

not my area of expertise to be honest but may be worth asking ur "provider" as i dont think hd channs on platforma can be done via the normal ways .............
