image flashing

Hi Guys,
Bit of a newbie on sat scene, anyway I have two dm800hd pvr boxes. I have set one up fine and flashed it with a sim 2.01 SSL76D. I have saved this image off to flash to my other box. It is simm 2.01 SSL 76A are they compatable as I know from experience (to my cost) if you flash a wrong image to a clone you get a no ca error. (did recover it BTW). So in a nutshell can I flash 76D to 76A

yeah that would be fine mate as its a lower bootloader.
