installing cccam on gemini2 510

I'm trying to update cccam to the new 2.2.1 but for the life of me, I am not finding where the list of available cams is

enigma 2 on a dreambox 800
The image is gemini2-510-dm800-20100721145005.nfi

I thought there is supposed to be a way to choose out of a list of cams available from the (gemini ?) server, but where is it hiding?

gemini/ihad have removed all cams from their addons server due to pressure from dmm. you can either install the cam manually, add a new addons server file or flash your box with another image. give us some more info on which sim/bootloader your box is using and we can advise/suggest other images. welcome to dk, regards mdt

I installed TS-panel , but still cant install CCcam 2.2.1 even i find this soft cam !
