Normally /usr/keys but there normally a sym link /var/keys that points to /usr/keys, file is called mgcamd.list

There's also supposed to be a config file mg_cfg in /usr/keys without which mgcamd won't even start.

If youve downloaded the full mgCam into your box from the online server then the config file is added.
Otherwise youll have to add it manually via ftp as an ipk file and activate via blue button.
Newcamd.list goes into var/keys or usr/keys as mentioned above.
Heres the config file if you need it.

Thank you for your reply, I have pasted my line in the Newcamd.list.example in the /usr/keys but I removed the .example bit so it is just Newcamd.list

        I reload on my dm800hd, I don't get anything.

        What am I doing wrong?

        Thanks.

Choose mgcam as your default cam in blue button panel...is your server deffo running mgcam coz if you have a line from a CCcam server it aint gonna work.
The server host should have supplied this to you,the newcamd.list file needs to correspont to the server i.e port number, user and password. The newcamd.list.example wouldnt be the best file to edit i'd say.You need to make a new one.
