lost channels after connecting to iphone

seem to have a prob after connecting my iphone to my dreambox 500s i have lost all my sly channels only picking up free view channels could this of caused my problem with the lost channels total novice to this but any help help would be great

How did you connect your iphone to your dreambox, 500s doesn't have a usb port.
