dm800 will not flash

Hi I'm new to this so please forgive me if this has been posted already.
I have a dreambox 800hd with a 2.01 sim.
I restarted my box after a bouquet ftp and got the
"ERR01: NO CA FOUND"
It goes straight to this on boot so I can't get to the WAIT by holding the power button.
I've read a lot on here and managed to get dreamup to upload an image with a null modem cable. I've tried 2 images now and after both successful flashes I restart the box and have the same error.

Is the box FUBAR ? I hope not I've only had it a month.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you can get a response from Dreamup thats a good sign.
What spec is the box.better to try an image with a lower bootloader but most common problem is wrong image cos of the sim so that could be your problem.
Post your stats of the box and we will do our best to help.

Look at this thread it has helped loads out.
Give it a read but check it from post 10,talks about this enforcer program but you first need to get the correct image on your box.

Bought it off ebay a month ago it had an enigma 2 image on it,
it's a dm800hd, with a sim 2.01. Don't know any more than that.

Can you remember what image you put on it and what images have you tried.
Do you still have the link from Ebay that might help.

funny I can find nothing from ebay about my puchase....
Tried a negma image and an open image.

I had the no ca error when I flashed mine with a wrong image. I was sent this to use as an alternative dreamup and it sorted mine. Hope this helps

Cheers Andy, that image did it. Looks like you need exactly the right one. The other two I tried said they were for DM800HD but didn't work.
Cheers Steve that will come in handy next time things go nipples skyward as I'm sure they will.

you need to make sure you are using a image with the right or lower bootloader mate by the sounds of things the images you tried had a higher bootloader.
