    Scramble Service with cordless phone

    Hi,

    I have a Dreambox 800 HD, which is working fine with no problem, but for some channels there is a problem.
    These channels are totally scrambled and are fixed only if I disconnect from power supply my home cordless phone... As soon the cordless is plugged in the power, the problem is again. It seems that cordless phone's waves are interfering with DM800, but is any option to fix this issue.

    I have tried with two different cordless phone types, but it's the same situation...
    Any idea that might fix this problem, is more than welcomed.

      Are you on adsl broadband if so have you got a filter on your telephone line? If you have change it just incase its not working

          move the phone as far away from dm as you can

              When you say scrambled, do you mean the screen is black?

                  check if you have a filter on the bb, also, is your box wireless?

                      Thanks for the hints.
                      The situation is like this:
                      Yes, with scrambled service I mean that the screen is blacked with some random pixel on the screen and no audio at all. As soon I power off the cordless phone the channel is fixed.
                      The ADSL line is physically different from telephone line, so there is no need to use filter.
                      I have tried to move the cordless phone in different room, but it's the same..

                          Something that I forget, no the DM is not wireless, it's connected normally with RJ45.

                              Hi is your cordless base station in the same room as your dreambox if yes move it to another room you can get extension kit quiet cheaply these days

                                  or change your routers broadcasting channel , maybe its scrambling the router
