Hi
got dm 800 & dish working properly.

When rain starts I`m losing signal and cant watch.

Any ideas ?

What signal level are you getting on?
Looks to me like there is dish alignment issue.

Had 70-80%
and use to shuttering, bought sky signal booster after connecting got only 30-45% working well until rain, then 0%

I think you need to fine tune your dish via box here.

have you got the tuner the right way round???? try swapping it around and see what happens it wont hurt

Your receiving the channels at 70-80% SQ in good weather, then no signal when it rains? Hmm...strange. Perhaps the accompanying wind has blown the dish out of alignment? Did your signal levels return when the rain stopped? If they did' I'd be more inclined to blame a faulty LNB than poor dish alignment.

My neighbour knock on my door and wanted to connect his sky to my dish. His friend Virgin Master change LNB and move dish a bit and everything is OK. Thanks for help.....
