    Dish not aligned ?

I can get some sats and until yesterday could get 28e but now can't get it anymore.

I've 100% got the longitude and latitude set up correctly to use ucals on the dm800hd.

Is it possible for me to alter the alignment using just the box ?

I don't want to touch the dish so will I need someone to come out ?

I've tried to set up the sats for hours now and nothing seems to work, i've got 19 and 13e and even got 23e.

When I try 28e using sat finder in the menu it sees it locks on with 100% but goes on by without stopping.

On other sats it finds them and locks and stays.

try to manually move the dish in postioneer setup, when u get signal on 28.2e try to save that position say postion 1,then press exit, then select no when asked zap back to service before positioner setup, then go to tuner configuration, then 28.2e,then right at the bottom select dont use usals then save to postion 1,then save and exit and try ur channels mate on 28.2e

did u not say that u could get the other sats ok using usuals? if yes then when u select a channel on say 23.5 then it should open that like before, if all this dosent work mate u cud try doing what u done on 28.2e for all the other sats that u watch not using usuals and saving each postion, or u might just need ur dish alligned up again

Is it possible to setup other sats using this method though ? I thought it could only be done for 1 sat.

Thanks a lot for that. I've loaded in about 5 sats now and all seems to be working ok.
