Tuner Gone?

DM800HD Clone

All of a sudden box froze, rebooted box bouquets and channels all greyed out. Went into Tuner Config and its now saying

Tuner A: Empty
Tuner B: Empty

Any ideas?

You could re seat the tuner.
Take off the casing, remove a few screws from the back of the box, remove the tuner give the contacts a bit of a clean, re fit everything. Sometimes works.

If you can get hold of a tuner from a mate, give that a try.

If that fails, try a re flash.

Try a new psu mate, most issues are caused by a faulty power supply.

I think CPU dead more clone dead for CPU.

Reflashed new image with null modem, sorted the problem out. Guess the problem was with the Open Pli Image, I was wondering why i kept getting millisecond blackouts every so often, is this related?
