Update Configuration Files (Priority and Ignore Lists)

Dear all,

I have a DM800 HD with gemini image. I used to see the HD channels but now i am not able to see them. My provider told me that i have to update configuration files (priority and ignore lists). What is the best way to do this?

I can see now the HD channels but some of them are freezing too much while all other channels are ok. Is this has to do with priority and ignore lists? Is there anything i can do?
