iam having a problem with my dreambox 800hd clone cant get some of my satilites just getting 13.e have lost 28.2e and 19.e the satilite moves to these satilites but i get nothing my motor would not move then got that fix now only getting 13.e what can i do thank you

have fixed my problem used positioner set up got sky frequency symbolrate fec lined up 28.2 used east west positioner and bingo thank you
