Starting problem

I have a Dreambox 800 setbox. On and off I have starting problem. The setbox does not boot itself and I have to close it and start again. Could anyone please advise me the right way to open the Dreambox 800. Many thanks and regards.

you could first try loading the image again to see if that clears the
boot problems. and if not try useing the official software image for your model
and use the null modem and loader panel to load this image from dreamup
once loaded you can then reload a image of your choice ,
