Installed Hard Drive - Noisy

I've just installed a hard drive on my dreambox 800hd clone. Its all working ok and I can record without problems.

However the disk seems to keep spinning all the time and is very noisy all the time. It vibrates quite a bit but I wouldn't of thought it should be spinning all the time.

What can I do to cut down on the noise ?

don't worry I rebooted and its fine now.

Is it maybe the fan mate. I had a similar problem and it was a wire sitting over the fan.
