800hd pro tune failed

Hi Im just trying to set up 28.2,19.2 and 13e with a 4/1 DISEqC switch but cant get it to work !!! it sees all sats in satfinder but wont switch between sats will work fine if only 2 sats. In tuner config im just using simple mode and diseqc a/b/c/d any ideas
