I am trying to setup my new dm800 (previosuly had dm500)

I have a motorized dish. and another one fixed on sky uk both connected to the same dreambox

when i am still a bit green about them, I read through the forum and have been trying to configure it for the past week but with no success.

when i go into service searching, the satellites i could choose are sat 1-2 there is no astra etc...

also when choosing lmb first it was comming as lmb1,2,3 but now for some reason i only have lmb33 O_o


when doing an automatic scan it is telling me to configure the tuner :s

you need to set up your tuner to search the sats.

you can go here

genearate the satellites.xml file with the sats you want.

ftp the file to the box var/etc

restart enigma.

now set up your tuner. by using usals or diseq.

run the scan from there and you should get channels.
