DM800 how to Lock up

I have a DM800 clone with Nemesis 2.3

Is there anyway you can 'lock' your dreambox to prevent any accidental modification. E.g. moving channels, changing options etc etc?

Also whats the best way to backup everything (firmware, favourite channels, setings, USB stick, etc)
