Tuner failed on BBC One HD

anytime I go to view BBC1 HD i get the tuner failed message and no image.

Find it odd as I dont have this issue with any other channel.

What could be causing this?

Just do a manual scan on single satellite 28.2 and it will sort it mate,

Thanks guys my bouquets are reasonably up to date. I last updated them the night of the haye fight.

Nets down at the moment (due to moving home) so cant download more up to date bouquets but when I am back home at the weekend ill give that frequency a try
