    DM800 to PS3???

    Hi folks,

I'm hoping some of you smart people can help me out.

I'm basically trying to see if its possible to stream live tv from my DM800 to my PS3 (in another room) on the same wired network?

I've tried one way suggested on google which is mydmisp:31344 on the PS3 browser but no such luck.

    Anyone got any idea's?

    Cheers

    G

found this not tested by me

      1. Download the zipped file _http://www.iota.gr/dreambox2ps3/ps3.zip
      2. Unzip it on your hard disk.
      3. Use ftp to upload ps3.html into /usr/share/tuxbox/enigma/htdocs on your dreambox.
      4. Turn on your PS3 and head to Network > Internet Browser
      5. Enter your dreambox ip, e.g. http://192.168.1.2
      6. Enter your username and password.
      7. Enter your dreambox ip+ps3.html, e.g. http://192.168.1.2/ps3.html
      8. Click on your favourite folder.
      9. Click on your favourite channel.
      10. Show a little patience and you'll enjoy a stream of your favourite channel through PS3.
      11. Every time you need to stream from dreambox to PS3, you need to first visit dreambox's main ip (e.g. 192.168.1.2) to enter your username and password and then move on to ps3.html
This solution has been tested on the latest PS3 and dreambox 7020

It seems that you need to turn javascript on. Use...

Options Tools > Javascript > On

was reading about there mate and it seems that the problem is the image, a guy was saying that it only works with pli images, he said there is a way to get it to work with other images but u have to install stuff etc and looks very complicated, http://www.satellites.co.uk/forums/d...v-1-0-0-a.html
