missing channels 28.2

hi Im having some problems on my dm800, i have a rotating dish but mainly watch 28.2. The problem Im having is my channels on eurobird 1 "channel 4hd" have no signal , i have the correct settings but no signal at all. I'v tried flashing the box and setting everything up again from scratch and all sorts of tweaks but now Im stumped. any help would be appreciated, thanks

hi welcome to dk,a number of channels moved frequencies in the last number of weeks,google kingofsats that will give you the list of channels on any sat and all the current info.

thanks for reply, checked kingofsat and satbeams and checked the freq on my mates openbox still no joy. im using usuals for my dish but i tried setting it to static and still nothing, i do pick up some channels on eurobird with weak signal but there a good few i dont, mainly 4hd, that channel did move beam recently but i changed the freq and it worked 4 a few weeks then just went off 1 day watching racing.
