help with satmate epg needed please

ok i have a dreambox 800hd clone with enigma2 and black hole image everything was fine the over the last few days when i try to update epg at satmate it says carnt connect for uk and sly italy i have rebooted my box which it does every morning at 4.30 but still no joy is there a problem whith my box or is the server down i am saveing epg data to usb stick every thing was worjking fine until sat or sunday any help woyld be useful

press blue button then red for epg then pick the list u want and download m8 , in setting pick where to save and days u want

My satmate epg's been down as well over the last few days. i'm just updating it for now with skyuk epg.
