Dm800 keeps crashing to greenscreen

When ever i try to install a hdd or usb or remove plugins my box crashes and produces the green screen. i don't know how to read the error logs that are produced.

So without really knowing what's going on does anyone know any causes? i know its hard without the relevant info!

Could the image be the issue?

i have attached the latest crashlog...i am unsure if it contains any user sensitive info

Last resort flashing a new image should do the trick, maybe something to do with the amount of memory on your box i know mine had the same problem

and how did you resolve this? i have tried to factory reset my box but doesnt work and made it worse and gave me the ca error so i flashed a new image in the hope that would improve things but obviously it hasn't.

But i will try again now

I just flashed a new image, unofficial dreamelite phoenix edition available here. Iv never had the ca error so i wouldnt know what to do there

i have flashed with the dreamelite phoenix edition and all is well at the moment so fingers crossed..
