ca error

hi there I am new to this forum and recently tried to flash my dreambox 800 hd(clone) with new gemini version but now all i receive is "error no ca found"
I tried to reflash with dream up v11.3.3.4 and null modem cable but after uploading its displaying message "upload complete,waittting acknowledgment" and nothing happens.
does anybody know what to do?
