Newbie Help Please DM800HD

Hi Guys, recently got myself a DM800HD box with sim version 2.01 BL76 and preinstalled with enigma2 image everything has been working fine last couple of days but this morning when i booted up the box it appears to load all ok onto the last channel i was viewing last night (MTV) but cannot do any thing with the box, change channel go into the menu settings etc, box is not responding to any remote functions.......Any ideas guys or do i need to reflash the image?
Any help much appreciated

First think that I would do is change the batteries in the remote (you have probably done that though), or even try a different remote if you have one.
I know that with my dm 800 I have to point the remote directly at the box, Try changing channel by pointing the remote straight in front of the box.

have u made sure the remote is on dreambox and not tv? press dreambox button and then try changing channel


it may be a few other things try this first tho buddy as when i had my first one years ago i made this mistake

Dohhh...It was the remote not on Dream, sorry guys still trying to find my way around this bloody box.....
