Dish Tuning Problem - Can't Scan West

Dreambox 800hd 72bl Nabilosat Blackhole 12 image, 90cm Triax Dish, Motored, Got 0.8w - 42e tuned in no problem (Except 26e cant find it). Not using usuals not sure how too.

Problem I have is trying to tune in any of the West Satellites, The dish can move manually right round to its limit, But when trying to scan anything on west, I type in the frequency manually then it starts to scan moves about an inch then freezes to a halt. I cannot get it to go any further west.

Tried removing the limits in that section but makes no difference whatsoever.

I'm stuck here anyone any ideas what I'm doing wrong

    Help please

Could try usals just go into tuner configuration and select simple not advanced.
Put in your long and lat like picture below and select positioner in mode.
Nice to try and help someone who puts so much into sat.

Thanks for that, Did as you said found everything apart from

      26e 4w 7w

Might be restricted to dish size for these satellites

Thanks again for your help mate

If you are not using USUALS . Just put the the Sat you want in advance, and the other information that you have filled in before Also give it a postion number and go to Satfinder, put in Sat that you want > go to positioner setup and move dish in the right direction until you receive a signal, and it locks.

I did do that, But it wouldn't for some reason go past 0.8w, It would jam up, Got it working now with usuals
