New DM800HD - still glitching on hd channels

I've just bought a new pro rev m dm800hd box as my old one with rev j tuner glitched really badly on the hd channels

Problem is this one is doing the same, i thought the new tuner was supposed to sort the glitching on hd channels the snr is 85% so it's got a really strong signal

any advice on anything else i could try?

Should be 0.200 to 0.300 for a stable watch.
Anything from 0.500 upwards can cause the odd glitch so thats your prpblem.
I would try a testline from someone else to see if that changes anything.
The fact that fta are fine means its internet related and a server problem.
