the other thing to do is, when you have flashed the image of your choice via web browser. once it says flash complete. DO NOT restart box from browser. close all connections to the box via computer. manually turn off the box and restart. it should start fine then.

i did cleaned the sim and seems to work better
can boot multimedia but there no menu
i am trying to flash now with ramimaher
waiting for the flash to finish

buy a new fan off ebay
