Interactive Channels

I'm probably being thick but I can't receive the Sly Interactive channels, they all appear as "na". I have rescanned the satellite but still with the same result, Any ideas ?

i use sgt flip flop channel list
with my dm800
and the interactive channels certainly work
watched footy on there saturday
