DM800se audio description

Hi,
hi, just got my DM800se dreambox sorted the problem i have is i have audio description on a lot of the HD channels and its driving me round the bend!
does anyone know how to tern it off?

Audio button on remote and change from NAR to English

Depending on image press yellow and select or go to system setti gs a/ v and change ac3 to default!

Yellow button then select ac3 as default , but to make perminant change go to settings as i have said above! Let me know how you get on
