rf output from dreambox 800 hd

    rf output from dreambox 800 hd

    Hi there im just looking to see if anyone has an answer to this. Curently i have sky hd in the living room from which i run a coaxial cable from the rf output to a f140 gobal spltter and then on to four other tvs with digieyes connected to each and can view sky and change channels at those other four tvs. but i have just purchased a dreambox 800 hd and was wondering is there anyway i can run it from that in the same way as im sure there is no rf ouput on the dreambox any help greatly appreciated many thanks

    wont work the same way the out put on the back of a dreambox is a loop through for going to another box

      Yes it will with a modulator or a tri link,have it working here in my bedrooms.
      Google RF Modulator and youll pick one up on ebay and also the tri link which enables you to use a magic eye aswell

        I would just buy a clone 800 for each room and watch independent channels in each room :-)

          Wish i had your money. maybe you could give greece a hand why your at it. . Freck i will have a look at what you have said and thanks for the replys guys. To fac51 would i have to purchase something for each dreambox???? or would the one thing i purchase for this dreambox work with more boxs if on the same ip address. if you know what i mean. hope this is not outside the rules thanks. if so please edit.
