    DM800 Nemesis 2.3 recording

    hi, just switched from newnigma to nemesis 2.3 love the image, But have one problem.
    I want to record and use timeshift on my USB stick. On newnigma you can fool it in thinking the usb stick in a hard drive with device manager.
    but this image shows it as a usb stick and says no hdd installed.
    how can i record and timeshift, i dont seem to be able to change recording paths from hdd to usb, and cant seem to fool my usb stick to act as hdd, am i missing something?

      Sorry to ask a question and not help.
      But why did you move from the NewNigma image.
      I'm getting my SE box today and I'm going to use the NEwnigma image as it seems to have got the best reviews.

          no problem, sorted out that problem just had to change recording paths.

          something went wrong with my image, kept getting green screen, so i fancied a change, and i liked the nemesis image better, like the hd glass skin.

          been using newnigma for ages though and had no problems with it, up until last week

              I'm having the same problem, only I'm trying to record to pc. I've created a mount and shared folder on pc put can't change recording path to the said folder, would anyone have any ideas on this.

                  i had the same prob till i got hink and i installed all russian ssl76 mounted my usb stick 16gb as hdd and then mounted meoboot.
                  i have 4 images nemesis ssl82,newenigma,vu blackhole and they working all and with all i can record and timeshift works.

                      Hi, I am also running nemesis and cannor seem to figure out to how to mount my USB. What are the steps to get this done?
                      I have installed enigma2-plugin-extensions-usb2hdd_0.1.6_mipsel.ipk, but after the install I cannot see what has changed or what to do.
                      Any help is appreciated.
