inporting someone elses sat settings

ok l have a 800 with blackhole on got most sats working 28 19 13 but having problems setting up 4.8 and 15.8 , can someone else's sat setting be imported into and image or ftp into box , my dm600 is fine tho ? no idea why this is playing up

Not In the sense that I think you want, as every the settings wont match each individual setup due to location or the way each dish is setup.

So you can only really install a sat list then you need to set your motor with your box.

create a file for yourself with all the sats you would want.

ftp that to the box. then set your usals settings in tuner configuration. choose the sats you want scanned and then run an automatic scan.

you should have all that you need if your sat is installed correctly. if not....you can change your usals setting by .2 increments till you get good signal.

this will sort you out mate.

sat files fine m8 done it afew times l can lock on the 4.8e and save and store but when l got back to viasat pl channels the snr drops to 40% and no fta channels open too

I had alot of trouble with this with my DM800.
In the end I fixed it using Vhannibals settings.

thats weird cos i got around 40 on snr and get perfect picture mate. no breaks at all.
