DM800HD se newbie questions

Hi, I've owned a DM500 and then a DM800 HD for a couple of years now and always used the same images.
My DM800HD se is coming tomorrow and wanted to ask a few stupid question before I start sorting it out.
The specific images, I've downloaded the NewNigma one, is it correct it comes with the Ccam installed.?
I have a plugin I always use that sets the startup channel for my DM800HD will this work for the se version aswell.?
If so, do I move it into tmp and then green then yellow and load IPK...or something like that I think it was.
Is it alot different to setup the tuner for all the birds, this is very easy on the DM800HD using USALS, I'm praying it's as easy with the se.

It's a clone.

Any help or tips are greatly appreciated.

basically do what you did with your previous box mate. it works the same and some 2.01 plugins work as well. setup is same.

i don't have newenigma so cant say....but generally you candownload cccam via the buttons anyway.

If the imagine doesn't contain the Ccam, what's the latest one.?
And do I put it in the same place as for the non SE version.?

there is a dreamelite image that is very similar to phoenix. The box works in the same way as a dm800 would. Just make sure you get the right images.

I run that image on my 800 today, but the image has to be SE specific because it's SIM 2.10.

the image use is the dreamwlite 2 tested by tony2k. its in the downloads section

you can then download your plugins. i installed tspanel as well and certain other stuff like live football and all that.

you can then download different skins to ustomise your system

just a quick question, did you mean newnigma1 or newnigma2..... dm800 requires newnigma2

Which I have installed on the Se and it's working no problems.
Very happy and can well recommend the switch.
