HELP please guys with dreambox HD800 lost Sky Sports

I have a dreambox HD800 which has been working with no problems with a Gemini 5.1 image and was going through the menu this afternoon and in the EPG menu hit the red Zap button on the Sky Sports bouquet by accident.....I'm not sure what this was for and now i can't receive any of the sky sports channels, but evertyhing else is ok.

Any idea what i have done and how can i get them back?

Any help appreciated ASAP as i am desperate to watch the Man U v Tottenham game tonight.....

yep same as above mate, SGTFLipFLop bouquets that can be found in the stickies at the top of the dreambox forum are very good and updated often.

Its a good idea to update yours regularly to keep your channels working. Dont worry you dont need to update them as often as new updates are posted

Hi Mate, thanks for the prompt response, so what actually have i done to lose Sky sports 1,2, & 3....I can get Sky Sports News ok, Is this the only way to recover the channels by re-doing the bouquets?

Sorry for the Q's but complete newbie, will try and follow your guide and see what happens.

Sorry a bit confused, can you still see the Sky Sports channels listed in your bouquets but the channel when selected is not viewing i.e. black screen.

Or have you accidently removed them from your bouquets and cant see them listed.

(Hint: Thanks button, rather than typing thanks )

The Sky sports 1,2,3 are listed in the bouquet as it should be but when i changeover to one of these channels i get the info at the bottom of the the screen SNR & AGC info but no picture it is just a black screen.....

Any ideas?

try uploading a new channel list restart the box or try unzaping what ever button you pressed originaly are you getting the movie channels

Yeah as I mentioned mate best bet would be to add new bouquets

Yeah movies are ok, restarted the box but still no joy, What does the Zap option within the menu actually do then? It's strange why only the sports channels are affected.

im not familier with that image but do as garry1312 said update your channels takes 2 minutes

in the download section top of the page if that doesnt work flash a new image that will sort the problem.
if you made a backup of your settings just restore system settings

Im the same as in i dont use that image really not a fan of gemini.

Download dreambox edit mate, download sgtflipflop bouquets and read over the guide in stickies and if you get stuck along the way posy on here and one of us will help but its pretty straight forward mate.

I have managed to follow the Dreambox edit tutorial and have reloaded the bouqets via FTP onto the box and done the restart and reload BUT still cannot get any sky sports.......

Really stuck now, what would be my next thing to try?
