Hi just got dm 800 hd box and it seems to me quite hot can ( hear fan ) is this pretty normal thanks mial

I use a usb fan sitting on top of my DM800. Its powered from my tv and it switches off when TV isnt in use.

My box is hidden away in a cupboard behind the wall where TV is mounted so I dont have to worry about unsightly fan and cables etc

yes its normal for dm800 to get hot, most people add an extra fan i personally use a laptop cooler under mine and so is cool as ice now
