Hardware Problems

I have finally managed to install Nabilosat Black Hole on my DB800 HD PVR only to find that during setup a notice appeared: "SYSTEM MESSAGE" Hardware could not be verified. Please contact Dream Multimedia Support. There were no sat scanners or tuners installed (so they say but I know they are there somewhere because I have seen them!).

Could someone please advise this poor old soul what the hell to do now! Thanks in anticipation, wrinklie.
