    how to open dreambox 800 hd? - trying to replace oled screen.

    Hi, how do i dismantle dm800 receiver? need to replace oled screen.

    so far removed case. any help appreciated. ty

        if you have removed the case, then usually there is one connecter on oled ribbon cable to remove, the front panel of box normally just unclips and a couple of screws will hold the oled board to front panel
        I havent done this myself on dm800, only 500 so I'm presuming its much the same. Just go for it, cant be that difficult

          The thing is i cant get me fat fingers to pull the connector out. how do i remove the front panel?

            opened it, had to push 3 clips on the bottom of receiver. some force required to take front panel of.
