    Dreambox 800HD - setup help

Hello, am new to all this and need a good bit of help. Got my dreambox all set up and have now fitted a motorised dish, triax 110cm. The dish is alinged to 28.2 E and working fine. Not changed any settings in the setup or anything, my mate flashed my box and i belive its CCam info v1.3c and its got all the different channels listed under the sats -

    Astra 19.2e
    Canal+france
    Tnt Sat
    Digital+

    Eutelsat-eurobird 16e
    Total TV
    MaxTV
    Altri

    Astra 4.8e
    Viasat
    Vision

plus a load more. What i dont know is do i need to change any setting in the setup for the dish to move to the right place or anything. The motor is Technomate Dideqc H-H and says its for receivers 1.2 and 1.3.

All i have done is alinged the dish to recieve uk package so dont want to turn over if the motor does not move to the correct place as i have done nothing in the settings.

    Cany anyone help me?

Look at the red stickies at the top and make a decision on usals or non usals.
    Loads of info up there,
You will need to put your longitude and latitude in which is your full address, put this in dishpointer to get it.
Having a good set of bouquets helps, either Sgtflipflops or Catseyes are equally as good.

It seems you need to set up your configuration goto > menu > setup > service searching > tuner configuaration > and finaly select the tuner option.

and set it like this but with your long / lat position from where you are in the country and all should be fine.

Click on the links ive posted above and have a read.
Some like non usals others like usals.
I use the simple positioner mode and takes mins to set up.
First you need your longitude and latitude or the dish wont drive correctly to the sat you want.

This is how i set mine up,not everyones choice, if Rodbouy is about im sure he would tell you the other way
Hes made a good guide somewhere.
Follow Andies advice and try this first cos its the easiest.

Just looked at mone and in my settings the 26 Astra/Eurobird 28.2e is setup like the non usals and stored in 028.

When i move left and right on the satelites the is only that one and 14 Thor/Intelsat 0.8w that has advanced options

                If you choose the tuner config as simple and not advanced{ scroll across}
and in mode choose positioner, then put in correct long and lat it will move the dish from sat to sat with no problems at all.

How do you set the longitude to -2.951 or do you just put 2.951? and how do you know if its N/S/E/W

and on latitude how do i know to set it to N/S/E/W

Put in long 002.951 east and lat 053.530 north
Make sure you put the decimal point in right place.

                            Try selecting another strong channel.
