DM800HD Tune Failed.

Hi Guys,

got a DM800HD yesterday, got dreamelite on it.

added cline in and tested on 28.2e and all working ok on hd channels, sports, itv, etc all working

backed up all files in enigma2 folder before opening dream box edit program.

i then tried to edit channel lists/bouquets/favs etc. rebooted box and then i couldnt view any channels.

i then restored the original enigma2 files back and now all sd channels working (fta and sky etc) and hd channels work for itv, etc but not sky.

keep getting tune failed.

done a hard reset and read up a little saying tuner may have gone.

only bought the device yesterday and hd chans were working fine before i dicked about with the bouquets etc.

New bouquets wont lose you your premium channels.
Check the ccam.cfg file and see what it says.
Probably have loaded a new ccam file and you have lost your gift.
Please read the rules as we cant say to much about the gigt on here.

got a couple of cccams that are live.

s*y sports one works fine for example, but s*y sports one hd not working - getting that error...

thats the confusing one

check if ur cccam is active also ur tuner should b fine if ur receiving fta channels

Upload these bouquets they should sort it with Dreambox edit and make sure the tuner is set up correctly in menu/setup/tuner configuration and tuner says Tuner A ALPS BSBE2 (DVB-S2)

tried using them before and it was when i was making edits after that it cocked up

not just FTA working, all sub channels working in SD.. so cccam all ok i think

just sub hd which is driving me up the wall... fta hd working fine

Sometimes doing a manual scan on single satellite will get them back.

If you press bouquet button and look at tabs at top select green tab(satellites) select 28.2 services and scroll down till you see sky sports hd.

tried doing bouquet then green and choosing sky sports hd etc and same issue,

doing manual scan on 28.2e now

not sure whats changed though, watched 5mins of the tennis in hd earlier...

will post back in 10 when scan complete.

On the hd channels are you getting blank page but your getting snr showing in bar?

If thats the case its your serving he aint got hd in the package.

the two *****servers*** ive entered both had hd package about 2hours ago..

just doing scan so cant say about the snr currently, will check and report back shortly (33% scanned)

Ccam seems ok but what image are you using?

using cccam 2 21 or 2 42 - latest on the addons tool bar..

still scanning(66%), u need me to check information in a particular menu when its finished to help?

All looks good to me are you able to see BBCHD and any other fta hd programs??
If they are ok its 2 things,frequencey change on channel or server not showing hd in gift.
