Can changing image improve picture freezing?

I am using DM 800HD clone.
Was wondering can changing enigma gemini to PLi will reduce the picture freezing on my box?

wouldnt have thought so, so many more likely candidates from poor tuner, to weather, to dish, to lnb, to water in coax, to server, to router....
but give it a go anyway.. it certainly wont make it any worse

check your ecm times when it freezes, should tell a story

Thats because most traders servers are shite.
Too many peers ,too few cards ,high ecms and then they will try to blame it on a bad internet connection or the end users setup.

you only have freezing if you are sharing with a shite server....namely payserevers. very rare you find one that dosen't....although there are some.

i don't get freezing glitching on any of my boxes at all.

I get freezing and glitching on FTA channels. Tuner on my box is knackered though.

You need a good stable internet connection with low ping for sharing UK sat as ecm times must be less than 0.6 secs.
Those mobile dongles generally have huge ping times so are unsuitable .
