Tuner A: BCM4505 Not Configured

Good morning

I just bought a dm800hd SE clone from Hong Kong and I flashed him with newnigma 2 image from this thread:

The box started normaly but when the wizard went to find satellites, I had a message "Service Unavailable, Check tuner configuration". I finished the wizard and I went to Setup --> Service Searching --> Tuner Configuration and I see "Tuner A: BCM4505 (DVB-S2) Not Configured".
I want to use Hotbird and I can't understand what I am doing wrong.
I have to tell you that my cable works fine because I tried it to my old DM500s, and I also tried a PLi patched image with the same results.
Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Were it says not configured you need to press ok button. Then go into tuner configuration menu and choose your type of setup ( simple. Advanced. single etc .... )

try flashing another image when i had my clone i used to have some weirb button map issues sometimes and a reflash always sorted it

I have already tried a pli patched with the same result!!!!

I remember that it came with a "all russian" or something like that image installed. You believe that I have to find this image and try it again or you think that is a hardware problem and I should talk with the supplier?
