DM800se China Clone or UK sourced clone

Hi everyone


I am well aware of the support and guarantee etc from purchasing a DM800se from the UK. I have purchased one from primusat.co.uk and I have to say that the customer service is absolutely phenomenal along with the build and quality of the product!

However, I need to buy another one and to save a small amount, does anyone know of the quality of the DM800se (Ferrari Sim) from Tony at 'yaoxin china'?

Does anyone know how the quality compares to the Primusat DM800se clone?

Or even just general thoughts on both Primusat and Yaoxin DM800se clones?

YOu would be better off with the sim 2.10 version much more support and images available for the sim 2.10, quality of the Se from anywhere is spot on so china or uk it will be the same

Bubbles69 - I have not had any experience with sim 2.10, went to their forum site



but its not even in English. So far Ferrari appear to be good, with their own English support forum, tailored software (Ferrar filler and Ferrari add ons), and decent images available on thier forum anyway.

But thanks for the info, might consider purchasing from China

all clones of everything pretty much comes from china.

i have and a few people i know have the sim210 se and there is no problem. they all got it from china as well. for around $250.

i don't see nothing wrong....

If I order from yaoxincn, how do I ensure I dont pay any customs tax? Do I go with UPS?

You can't guarantee you wont pay customs tax but they usually send it out as a low value item. A few have been stung but many more have got away without paying.

ordered 5 DM500s from Yaoxin once 3 out of 5 never worked so I never used them again nor will I ever.

The supplier I use SE that I have is really good quality loving it its a great receiver, you wont go wrong with a SE.

Ive orderd over 20 boxes from Tony, and EVERYONE has been fine. Had ONE dodgy tuner, which he replaced in my next order with no problems at all. I would recommend him everytime as his service is second to none.

As for import duty, I have just recieved 2 from Tony, import tax was 6quid. There is no way around it, but its a small price to pay considering the savings you will make anyway.

Dont worry about your money or service OP, its safe with yaoxin.

I've ordered 2 dm800hd boxes from Tony and haven't had any problems but checking ali he doesn't have any 800se boxes listed that I can find.

Bought mine from yaoxin approx 2 weeks ago and had no problems, didn't even have to pay duty tax.
