    dm800 users? your answers pls

    Hi,

    I've got some dm500s / 528s clones. i'm looking to upgrade. I've seen alot of good reviews on the dm800s.

    can anyone offer there experiences pls?

    is there an image that has automatic service updating or do you need to keep updating channels when they move?

    my clones sometimes lock up and need hard reboot when changing channels to quickly (like pressing down on the remote and skipping through 10 in a row) does this happen on the 800?

    has anyone had a good experience with the 800clones?

    when using the 800hd with remote cs server, how is the HD picture? does it take long to output a picture?

      I have dm800 pro with rev m tuner superb hd picture with nemesis 2.3 flashed today.Dont hesitate buy it as proved itself over time to be a great box.

          If you go hd you wont go back to sd ever again its that good.
          Dreamelite Phoenix Edition a favourite for most the only moan is scrolling through channels aint as fast ast a dm500 but ive had my box over a year and would gladly buy another,

              Most now agree that nemesis 2.3 is the best recent image. Dream elite pheonix now not as popular as it was, newer images are better,however matter of opinion.

                  Thanks for the info guys,

                  my dm500s clone channel hops fine, but the 528s clones if you scroll to fast will lock up & need power off / on reboot. they all running jade pli green images atm. otherwise can't fault them. cheap & cheerful.

                  I wondered if there was a CCcam / OScam capable box which has either auto updating services / channel moves etc, or supported via plugin?

                  also not having one myself, what is actually better, the dm800hd / se clone or openbox S10.. (feel free to offer any others you have experience of)

                  I realise "you get what you pay for" is a normal theme when discussing clones vs genuine, but for the purpose of these boxes I can only justify clones. I am holding out for a decent one for myself once I have a taster for what's out there & won't kick myself for buying the wrong thing lmao... (not because i've done that before or anything hehehe)

                      don't forget the 800se is available and meant to be much improved over the 800 pro
