Dream Box dm800 no sky channels?

Hi guys having a problem with my dream box 800 can't get any sky channels i get the channel info at the bottom of the screen then the screen goes blank? any ideas peps???

do you get any channels whatsoever? Have you tried a rescan.Is your cam active?

how are you obtaining your channels. ie do you have a sky card in your receiver or are you using a cardshare ?.

be carefull how you answer as cardsharing is a taboo subject on this and most forums.

pitty as dumb people should not be allowed to own a dreambox. if your using a linux box you should at least learn how to use it before you steal channels.

I seem to be having the same problem. i cant get any channels but get all the information on the screen - what channel is on (also get the subtitles)

i have tried the CCam update but nu luck.

any ideas?

Do you get BBC1, ITV, Ch4 & Ch5 etc, If they show and the premium channels don't then your sub is ~~~~ed.

If you can't see the FTA channels then the problem is deeper like connections, dish problem or not set up the box correctly. More info is needed
