I?ve tried to repair my buddys DM800HD clone box.
It was working great for two hours until a question about software update popped up on the TV and he accidentally clicked yes. He upgraded the firmware in newnigma2 which resulted in ?No CA found?.
I?ve tried to connect with dream up and nullmodem cable but it stops by ?box type DM800?
I?ve also tried to hotswap the cable with my working DM800 HD with no result.
Checked or unchecked network checkbox wont help either.
I?ve tried different versions of dream up and also the hacked version that enables the flashbutton.
I?ve been waiting for an hour but the box wont go into ?serial mode?.

My box is flashed with same software and hardware so that should not be a problem.
Is it possible that the baud rate setting on the com port is causing the trouble even if it can identify that it?s a DM800?

I switched the sim cards between the boxes (my = 2.01 and buddys= 2.10)
Even this action made no difference. My box boots with his card, but his box is still dead.

I think I?ve been testing everything I?ve read about this kind of problems on the internet.

I would be very very greatful if someone have a sollution for me. Thanks in advance!

All i can say mate is that your doing all the right things but keep trying till you get there.
Swapping the box over for Dreamup normally will work though.
Have you found the post about the enforcer program?
