about satmate epg box crashing

Think the EPG is down and it is crashing the box

sometimes satmate does that, reboot box first then try if not just download another, try rytec or the other skyuk one. they do the same job!

I'm also using nabilsat blackhole
and cant seem to use the black hole epg
is there any other epg working with blackhole the hip hop channel is no longer available and cant find any other info
