SE. Cant get cccam working on GP3 IhadCVS image

Gary, why not just flash back the backup of your previous image that you were happy with?

was no longer happy with it was getting errors. Like the look of this image but its getting another hour worked on it and if no joy the SE can find a place at the bottom of a cuboard until images get there act together.

Yes transferred over cfg file to etc, emu manager is showing that cccam 2.2.1 is running but nothing.

Never blame your tools Gary, images are fine to some extent it could be a user problem though

Joking aside revert back to your backup and then flash to another image if you like or if you are experimenting with numerous images use Barryallen instead.

yep , totally agree with satsmo on the barry allen , would think constant flashing an reflashing will not do your unit any favours

To be honest think I am due to putting the SE away clearly the images are not up to the standard they should be yet. Never had issues like I am experiencing on the pro, so clearly not just a user issue.

Hi you can try these cams one is ipk mipsel file other tar.gz use blue panel to install one should work for you try ipk first

Honestly Gary I know you are frustrated but that's part of the fun of the hobby, ( a sadistic way of looking at it), but it's a learning experience that all have to go through.

Some images have bugs, (matter of fact most do), hence the constant updating and patches that the community as a whole carry out.

Open source is hugely beneficial to all users but it takes a lot of work from many that devote hour upon hour to keep it so.

i not encounted any issues that are anythin out the ordinary with a new box , to blame the people who hack these images for us is somewhat ungrateful mate , go get your head down , you be ok after a bit of kip

Right a need to chill take a step back and come back to it I am talking jibberish now and to be honest a load of crap.

Just never had so much hassle installing cccam on any other image.

can u telnet in and see if cccam is actually running ?

if its not try starting it via telnet see if your channels work

is your network settings all correct and working ?
